THANK YOU LONE JACK VOTERS! Lone Jack C6 School District is so appreciative of the community’s continued support of our efforts to bring the best school environments to our students. With such immense gratitude I say thank you to each of you who took the time to vote for our bond initiative. Your participation, whether through conversation during public and organizational information meetings or through casting a ballot, these efforts are instrumental in shaping the future for our kids. As the district grows, we allow for student opportunities to grow.
As all school year transitions, it is an exciting time. Come join our 2024 graduates in their ceremony on Saturday, May 11th at 7:30pm. Graduation is held at Abundant Life Church and we welcome all who want to celebrate with the Lone Jack Class of 2024.
As we say goodbye to some of our leadership and staff, we simultaneously welcome new members of our LJC6 team. To those who are moving on to other adventures, your contributions and dedication have left a positive and lasting mark on Lone Jack students. Your colleagues and community are grateful for your time and the efforts you have made improving the educational experience of kids. Your impact will remain for years to come.
To those who are joining us, we cannot wait to see what inspiration and innovative ideas and work you will provide. Two key administrators will join us for the 2024-2025 school year. Welcome to High School Principal, Mr. Derek Twombly and District Activities Director, Mr. Tyler Rathke. The community is excited to begin our work together. Your new perspectives, your past experiences and your talents will enhance our district in many ways. We look forward to getting to know you and working toward a bright future.
