Lone Jack offers two different programs based on the age of your child. Our school aged program is the Mules' Club for grades K-6 and our Mini Mules program is for children Preschool and Pre-K.

Please complete the Enrollment form below to reserve a spot on our list. If your student will be in K-6th for the 24-25 school year, please select the Mules Club form.

If your student will be in Preschool or Pre-K for the 24-25 school year, please select the Mini Mules form.
