HS Math Teacher

The Lone Jack C6 School District is seeking applicants for a Teacher candidate to begin in the second semester of the 2024-2025 school year. Start date would be January 6, 2025. Must be certified HS Math or willing to explore applying for certification.  LJC6 can assist with this process. Lone Jack C6 is a rural school district just southeast of the Greater Kansas City area.  Some extra duty opportunities may include coaching or after school activity sponsorships.

Lone Jack Schools, a rural school in the southeast corner of Jackson County, in the Kansas City Metro area, is looking for a qualified individual for a School Nurse position. 

An individual who holds this position is required to hold/maintain:

Education  -  RN and/or LPN License.  Targeted, job-related education with study in a job-related area.

  • Continuing Education Requirements, Maintains RN/LPN License

  • Experience - Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired

  • Clearance of District background check

District Substitute Nurse

Lone Jack Schools, a rural school in the southeast corner of Jackson County, in the Kansas City Metro area, is looking for a qualified individual for a Substitute School Nurse position.  This is an "as needed" position at this time, but could be regularly one day per week to assist in support for our District RN.

An individual who holds this position is required to hold/maintain:

Education  -  RN and/or LPN License.  Targeted, job-related education with study in a job-related area.

  • Continuing Education Requirements, Maintains RN/LPN License

  • Experience - Job-related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is desired
